At Zadnia, we’re just a bunch of proud jarheads (pun totally intended) on a mission to make food bold, real, and never boring. What started with midnight cravings and an obsession for dips that actually do something to your tastebuds, has now grown into a full-blown rescue squad for your fries, momos, sandwiches — and honestly, your entire life.

Founded by Zoroastrian entrepreneur, Sherzad Darukhanawalla, Zadnia was born out of pure passion (and maybe a little hunger). His vision? To create jars of flavor that spark nostalgia, make eating fun again, and remind you of what food is supposed to taste like.

Our jars are packed with zero preservatives, no artificial colours, and absolutely no sadness. Just honest ingredients, unapologetic flavor, and that cheeky little kick you’ll never find in store-bought “meh” mayo.

Zadnia is our tribute to the 90s childhood we all miss — the lunchbox surprises, secret chutneys that aunties guarded with their lives, and the joy of real, homemade taste. Only now, we’ve bottled that magic and are shipping it Pan-India so you never have to settle for bland again.
