Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. We take food safety seriously and do not resell or reuse any returned items.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any of the following, please reach out within 24 hoursof delivery:

• You received the wrong item(s)

• Your jar(s) arrived leaking or damaged

• The product appears to be spoiled or off

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
